Stepping into the living room & seeing the lake thru the large windows is a WOW moment! The entire home was clean and comfortable.The kitchen had everything needed to cook meals & both a Keurig & drip coffee maker. Our group had a total of 5 adults & 5 children ranging in age from 4 months to 12 yrs old. My son & daughter-in-law had the upper level where they & the kids could all be together. The older kids loved the room with 4 beds built along the wall & everyone said that their beds were comfortable. Being allowed to turn the temp down to 68 at night was priceless & uncommon by hosts. Alyssa also quickly responded to & rectified 2 missing TV remotes. The superstar of this vacay was the lake! We loved swimming, fishing and kayaking right off of the dock & shoreline here. We were screen-free enjoying nature for HOURS everyday. It's hard to find a vacation where everyone enjoys themselves the entire time but despite the diverse age group this home made that possible! Our group had a lovely time at Alyssa’s place! The pictures don’t do the view justice — it was the perfect getaway for a 10 year friend reunion. Plenty of space, comfy beds, and good kitchen space for cooking. The majority of the kitchen items were already there — we only had to bring a few items. We loved having a private space in the mountains and it was worth the adventure (even though some drivers got lost in the process - just make sure to pay attention to the airbnb directions provided). Would stay here again with a big group!
